Rob Low is the Divisional Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics Solutions for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the country’s largest customer-owned health insurer and fifth largest health insurer overall, with over 16 million members in its health plans in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
After he joined HCSC in 2018, Low developed the Data & Analytics Solutions division into a diverse team of over 250 employees whose consistent processes, advanced tools and industry best practices help the company manage data as a strategic asset. Today, his continued work to extend their reach is allowing a growing number of individuals and teams to uncover insights that help HCSC expand access to high-quality, cost-effective health care.
Before HCSC, Low was President & CEO of Health Data and Management Solutions, Inc. He also held several leadership roles at Aetna, including Vice President of Marketing, Product & Communications, and Vice President of Consumer Strategy & Insights.
Low earned a master’s degree in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St. Andrews, and a master’s in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also holds an Executive Scholar Certificate in Sales & Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
